I know that the banner would be an awesome thing to snatch, but, geez... swiping it off of a truck? chances are that if someone owns one it has some meaning, and obviously this one did... If you're gonna steal a government related sign, do it right--take it off of the highway, or a government building or park... don't take it from someone else... not that i condone stealing roadsigns or anything like that ;)
