Weather Updates
===================================
The heat is on once again for this Thursday with heat advisories
stretched all across Central Kentucky. Many places will once again
see temperatures peak into the triple digits this afternoon. We are
also keeping our eye on severe weather for this evening. A broad
area of showers and thunderstorms across Southern Illinois are
expected to creep towards the area later this evening into the
overnight hours. With sufficient daytime heating and plenty
available moisture across the Bluegrass, some storms could pack
damaging winds and small hail. This activity is associated with a
cold front that is expected to move across Kentucky late this
evening into early Friday. As early as Friday night we should be
able to feel drier and cooler air working its way into the area for
the weekend. Highs Saturday and Sunday are looking comfortable,
with temps forecast to top out in the middle 80's.
