Spartan To HTML

I installed a gemtext to HTML converter (https://tildegit.org/Sbgodin/htmgem) on the web server today. It is working, after a fashion, but it will need quite a bit of fine-tuning to get it working well.

I could just leave it partially broken to encourage people to get a real Spartan client. Buuut... we know how that would work out. If the content on my Spartan site were wildly popular so that people just had to see it, it might induce a few to go get a real client. Since that's not at all likely, most folks will just leave the first time they find a page that doesn't work.
