In my experience, Geminauts are kind and thoughtful people, even when they disagree with each other. I hope Gemsync embodies the same spirit, and frankly, I see no reason why it wouldn't. But just so there's no confusion, and to CMA, this page contains the rules for Gemsync.

• Do not use Gemsync for any purpose that violates any US law.
• No sexually explicit material. I believe in the right to share it, but I have no mechanism to age-restrict it.
• Do not post anyone's personally-identifiable information other than your own.
• One account per person, unless Gemsync gives you permission.
• Gemsync is not meant to be used by anyone under the age of 13.

You retain all rights to the data your create and share on Gemsync. You are free to share it under any license you choose, or no license at all. I also do not editorialize and do not use Syncthing's .stignore function to ignore any files.

I do not actively monitor users for rule violations. If you'd like to report something, please send an e-mail to admin@gemsync.net.
