I need to think longer term than I've been thinking. If I make one - just one! - solo piece every year, then in five years, I'll have five solo pieces. How wonderful could that be!

Maybe one's a dance. Maybe one's a one-hour personal show. Maybe one's a set of three songs. Who knows?

I want to make stories that are inconvenient but warranted. I want to make stories that I am excited about making, and not that I create excitement for after I've set to create.
