People love to throw their pent up anger or bad
feelings into others. Feelings, whatever they are,
belong to the person who's feeling it; they decide
what to do with it. But most people just don't
seem to know what to do and end up hurting others,
or even making them guilty of what they are
feeling, or saying they're the ones feeling awful
and not them.
It's just disappointing to me. Feelings (or for a
better term, emotions) are supposed to be let out
in a more healthy way, as I mentioned in the
previous entry. It's dangerous to keep them inside
you forever, I know I'm not the perfect person to
be talking about this, as I also have a feeling
I've been keeping for so long. Said feeling, I
know what I should do but yet I keep thinking to
myself that one day I'll do it. But I don't.
Fridays are sort of my free days, where I play a
game almost all day. Last week I wasn't in the
mood to do so, same as today; I sort of force
myself into doing it, sometimes it works into
taking my mind off my troubles.

I just want this day to end soon, or be midnight,
in defect.

Teenagers and young adults struggle a lot with
mental issues, maybe because they lack more
experience. Experience in controlling the outcome
of their emotions, on what to do, how to let them
out in a healthy way.
