It seems like the way to discover new content is to browse the aggregator, CAPCOM.

It follows a pre-determined list of Atom feeds or something. It's not taking new submissions, though, so if you start a new blog, there's really no way for you to get followers. In addition, gemlog.blue currently doesn't generate a feed of a single user's posts, so there are now two reasons why nobody can find this blog (on Gemini, is it a glog?) unless someone directly hyperlinks to it. However, I can't meet people and gain their trust unless I can be seen. It's a catch-22.
