first time making bolillos (I've made pizza lots of times before, but I don't know why I didn't try this until now) and they turned up just fine! maybe next time I rest them a couple minutes more before going into the oven (a bit more fluffyness, perhaps), but the texture and flavor was quite good. 9/10 definitely will bake again
