I usually consume a cup of coffee which I made using V60.The pouring method is inspired by Tetsu Kasuya, The World Brewers winner. # Beans I love arabica beans that has sweet and fruity notes such as brown sugar and citrus. The amount of the beans that I use is 20gr with water ratio 1:15. With that ratio, I get 300ml for the total water. # Pouring frequency I use 5 pours variant with 50ml for the first pour, and 70ml for second pour. With the first pour is less than the second will lead to more sweetness note. Each pouring has 45 seconds interval but for the last pour I set 30s. So the total process for this method is 3 minutes and 30 seconds.
