05:41 schestowitz; Im not an expert on internal Google politics, but it seems to meand Ive heard elsewherethat they pretty much let engineers run everything. The coding, obviously, but also a whole lot of the product side as well.

In Wayland's case, the coroner has stated that alcoholism was a factor. Experts classify alcoholism as a form of self harm.
