About an hour ago statCounter finally released August and September data (I’ve been checking every hour for 2 days already) and the preliminary observations are positive:

Summary: In India, GNU/Linux grew to all-time highs (about 15%) and worldwide too we’re seeing encouraging growth at Microsoft’s expense
