Just published based on a leak, but lodged behind an annoying paywall. Here’s the core part:

Image: Leaked Microsoft polls show employees feel much worse about culture and leadership than at the beginning of the year
Summary: Microsoft should be extremely worried; endless waves of layoffs this year have caused an unprecedented lack of loyalty to the employer and it’s a crisis so severe that Microsoft’s media operatives now publish spin with utterly misleading figures; for instance, Microsoft’s decades-long propagandist Todd Bishop now pretends Microsoft saw “decline of 11,000 people,” which is an obvious lie. What a disgusting lie. This year we estimate that about 30,000 people either got laid off, left (not to be replaced) or had their contract discontinued (temps and others). The prevalent gossip at Microsoft at the moment is that in order to crush unions the company seeks to replace many remaining workers with scabs on work visas (people who can be deported from the country for any perceived disloyalty).
