●● [Meme] Microsoft Party Parrots

“Microsoft Claims…” “Bill Gates Says…” “Microsoft Blames*…”

Summary: Parrots. That’s how to explain or describe so many of today’s ‘journalists’, who simply are not bothering to do their job, instead quickly recycling corporate statements, never bothering to actually investigate or verify anything. Parrot parroting another parrot**… _____* Real journalism would involve actually checking if what Microsoft says makes sense and whether it’s true (yes, that can be a lot of work), then report facts, not mere claims made by a chronic deceiver.** This week’s Microsoft layoffs were a good example of this effect. Much of the ‘reporting’ in the media was in fact done by Microsoft operatives such as Microsoft Peter, not journalists. Microsoft Peter was literally raping children while Microsoft used him as a media mule, trafficking fake articles to push agenda, e.g. praising UEFI ‘secure’ boot and lioning Matthew Garrett.
