Summary: A combination of factors seems to be hinting at a ‘call for blood’, not just from IBM or IBM-connected press; voices of the community are being suppressed and this is being “sold” to the public as “protecting” us from “bigots”
THIS video is just a quick shout-out regarding the Linux Foundation, which received or witnessed a lot of embarrassing (but perfectly factual) coverage from us lately. Some went “viral” and we’re not surprised that we got contacted about it.
Having said that, contacts also came from familiar names that historically participated in the corporate coup against Free software communities. In case there’s character assassination on the way, I’ve decided to record a quick and informal video. The next video will deal with IBM and what it is doing to Red Hat. IBM is very unhappy about our coverage and it generally has a lot of scorn for Free software coders. That’s why it's trying to censor them in all sorts of way, if not cancel them altogether in campaigns of defamation spearheaded by IBM staff. Baiting luminaries with waffle about “master” and plural words. Apparently believing in a woman’s right to seek abortion is now “ableist”. █
