●● The Real Linux Foundation – Part 3: How It Splits Into Subgroups, Including New Ones

Posted in Deception, Free/Libre Software, GNU/Linux, Kernel at 8:44 pm by Dr. Roy Schestowitz

This is what it looked like last year, based on IRS filings:

Summary: With a subgroup now devoted to the kernel (Linux), why is the Linux Foundation still boasting “Linux” in its name? The Linux Foundation now actively promotes operating systems and kernels that aren’t Linux and compete against Linux.

N THE previous part of this Linux Foundation series we said we’d explore structural and financial aspects of the Foundation.

The Linux Foundation isn’t what it seems anymore and its name has been misleading for years already. As shown above, there’s now a “LINUX KERNEL ORGANIZATION”, based in the address of the same overpriced office (about 6 million dollars a year as of years ago). In the next part we’ll show how the Linux Foundation makes its money. It has little to do with the kernel it is called after. The “LINUX KERNEL ORGANIZATION” is what the Linux Foundation should have been. Not pursing money from military contractors and thugs like Microsoft (to fake “growth”). █
