The next item on his agenda is spreading European software patents everywhere he can and replacing real patent courts with kangaroo courts — tribunals deliberately stacked for patent maximalism and overzealous presumption of patent validity/compliance. Only this was they can mask the collapse of European Patents’ (EPs) quality.
