Summary: The latest and last part of this ongoing series regarding the trademark dispute in Croatia

THIS series does not end here. Over the course of the past fortnight we have received additional information from various sources, but today we’d like to wrap things up. Here is the list of previous parts:

EPO, Lufthansa, and the German Government – Part I: Further Information About Andrej MatijevićEPO, Lufthansa, and the German Government – Part II: Andrej Matijević and Željko TopićEPO, Lufthansa, and the German Government – Part III: DZIV and EPO NepotismEPO, Lufthansa, and the German Government – Part IV: Tena Mišetić, Ivan Mišetić, Croatia Airlines, Lufthansa, and Deutsche TelekomEPO, Lufthansa, and the German Government – Part V: Lufthansa and Croatia Airlines OverlapEPO, Lufthansa, and the German Government – Part VI: The Complaint to MerkelEPO, Lufthansa, and the German Government – Part VII: Immunity for Topić (EPO VP4) Just When He Really Needed ItEPO, Lufthansa, and the German Government – Part VIII: Outcome at DZIV (Zagreb) Miraculously Known Six Months in AdvanceEPO, Lufthansa, and the German Government – Part IX: Potentially Fatal Injury to Air Plus Trademark Holder

Bellow are some closing words regarding Željko Topić (EPO Vice-President), who faces several serious cases against him while currently enjoying the diplomatic shelter of the EPO.

=> ↺ EPO

In his campaign against the trademark owner, the suspected criminal Topić has proceeded in a manner which reveals the baseness of his character and he has established contact with members of the family of the Air Plus trademark owner using a close friend of Bosnian descent from Banja Luka in an attempt to convince the family members that Lufthansa rather than the Air Plus trademark owner has the rightful claim to ownership.

For many years now and with a high degree of motivation Mr Topić has relentlessly pursued his criminal intentions and his efforts to conceal his unlawful acts and those of his accomplice Andrej Matijević for the benefit of Lufthansa. The Germans have a saying attributed to the nineteenth century diplomat and statesman Klemens von Metternich that the Balkans begin in Vienna. After Željko Topić’s arrival at the EPO, we can safely say that the border to the Balkans has shifted from Austria to Germany and that it is now located right in the middle of the Bavarian capital of Munich.
