●● Leaked: Job Opening Advertised as Battistelli’s ‘Mole’ at the Administrative Council, Jesper Kongstad, Leaves in Shame

Posted in Europe, Patents at 3:32 am by Dr. Roy Schestowitz

Summary: Having disgraced the Administrative Council of the EPO, e.g. by protecting the person whom he is supposed to supervise, Jesper Kongstad will leave in 3 months

A WEEK from now the EPO is supposed to advertise that Battistelli’s position, namely EPO President, will be vacant (within in a year). We already leaked the prospective advertisement. Today, the vacancy (internal) for Battistelli's protector (Chairman of the Administrative Council) is being published by us (it was leaked recently). There’s not much text in there.

“Some contacts in Denmark are strongly encouraged to file a transparency (or “freedom of information”) request because sources tell us that Kongstad was essentially sacked (forced by the government to step down from his duties).”As one can tell from the above, they are not saying why Kongstad is leaving and they don’t specify much (they don’t need to). Some contacts in Denmark are strongly encouraged to file a transparency (or “freedom of information”) request because sources tell us that Kongstad was essentially sacked (forced by the government to step down from his duties). It would be good if we could verify this. There are also rumours that Kongstad lied to the media when he said he did it pro bono because Battistelli had paid him (which, if true, would be a colossal scandal). █
