BackWeb Technologies Ltd. said Friday it filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Microsoft Corp.San Jose-based BackWeb (Pink Sheets:BWEBF) is seeking damages, an injunction and a declaration by the court that Microsoft’s software update technologies infringe BackWeb’s patents.
