quick calico cushion fix - 2023-11-17

when i made my first pillow-case style cushion cover i made the inner flap too long; hard to get the inner cushion in or out. it has a flimsy non-woven cover. of course i ripped the inner cushion cover when i took it out:-(

=> 2023-11-17 - (375K) rip in non-woven cushion filling cover.

scratch

• shorten the inner flap of the cushion cover and overlock the bare edge to stop fraying. make flap approximately 33% of the length of the cushion instead of 50%.
• make a calico cover for the cushion to keep the cushion filling in the cushion. use overlocker for seams and edges.

=> 2023-11-17 - (553K) calico cut and ironed. | 2023-11-17 - (512K) calico all edges overlocked. | 2023-11-17 - (464K) calico cover complete. | 2023-11-17 - (428K) cushion cover back on.
