alpha pv frame - 2022-10-26

i built the frame around the pv panels (resting on 100 mm insulation board to protect the panel).

• 38 x 63 CLS treated.
• a mix of screws - i will replace these now that i have appropriate wx resistant screws. 100 mm for the main frame joints, pre-drilled to avoid splitting the CLS.
• frame held down with concrete gravel boards (6") and an old door lintel (like really heavy lol).

the gale two nights ago stripped bits off the half-finished roof: my pv frame stayed where i left it:-) was a worry however!

so with my first frame attempt built i iterated and started the beta frame.
