patching wool - 2022-08-06

at a time when i was running more, man at decathlon found that his backpack wore holes in his merino tops. i also had a pair of merino socks with holes. i intend to repair rather than replace clothes.

i sacrificed the socks, and after cutting off the material with the holes, i had some merino material suitable for patching.

two tops had damage and i patched both of them using different stitches just to see what these looked like.

i think that i can have another year or more use from these tops as they are: and i can keep repairing:-)
