NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A Chapel Hill Republican has filed a bill that would rename Tennessee’s largest airport after the 47th president.
State Rep. Todd Warner ( [2 link] R-Chapel Hill) filed [3 link] HB 217, which would rename Nashville International Airport to Trump International Airport.

The bill would only apply to Nashville International Airport (BNA). It [5 link] detailshow signs with the new name would be erected and would inform the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) to change all references to any trademarks or patents bearing the Nashville International Airport name to be switched to Trump International Airport, as well as to change all contracts accordingly.
