Rotate A Cow in 3D

You can visualize and rotate a cow in 3D using no technology, just your brain. My daughter taught me to do this a few years back, and you can do it too.

It helps if you are suggestible and had been hypnotized. But you can do it no matter what.

Trust me, I've taught many -- I know what I am talking about.

There are no tricks.

First read this carefully to the end. Do not stop or skip any part.

Do it when you have a few minutes with no pressing obligations: find a quiet, preferably dimly lit, comfortable spot, with no distractions. Turn off the TV and silence your phone for a few minutes.

If you know how to meditate, use your skills. In any event, relax, take deep slow breaths and try to clear your mind for a minute or so.

Then, picture a cow. Any cow will do -- a cartoon cow, a photorealistic cow, whatever. Picture it from the side, and focus on some details. Picture its beautiful eyes, the tail whipping around to scare the flies, any details that come to mind.

Disregard the noise and focus on the cow. Close your eyes if you want. You will see a cow.

Once the cow is there, just rotate it -- in any direction. Turn it around and look at the other side. Rotate it so you can see the top. Spin it to look at the udders from underneath. Turn it to look at the tail.

OK, now you are ready!
