Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

Found this recipe on the internet, made it a few times for some stoned friends, they rule.

Ingredients

• 1 1/3 cup flour
• 3/4 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 cup (1 stick) salted butter
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1 large egg
• 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Mix the flour, baking soda, and baking powder in a bowl

3. With a hand mixer, cream the butter, sugar, and brown sugar

4. Mix in peanut butter, then egg and vanilla

5. Slowly introduce and mix the flour mixture

6. Scoop dough and roll into balls about 2 Tbsp and place onto baking sheets about 2 inches apart. Lightly flatten tops of balls in a crisscross pattern with a fork

7. Bake cookies in the preheated oven, one sheet at a time for about 11 minutes, cookies should look a little under-baked so that they can cook a little more as they cool

8. Let cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes and scoop onto plate or into mouth
