Grouch update

I finally got in contact with the handyman [1] I hired to fix Condo Conner up. He apologized for missing the appointment for last Friday [2] and ask if I was still interested.

I am.

He said great, when would be a good time. This Friday. And he would even take off a bit of the bill for the inconvience.

Cool.

This time I'll make sure to call him the day before to remind him.
