An on mobile one has to go through a menu system to specifically find the rules.

And some subreddits still have 100%of their rules on the sidebar in old. Both of the subreddit I've modded this was the case and the other mods had no idea new users would never see it.

Yes, this! Please make them look at the stickies! They're stickied for a reason! I feel like users are constantly just totally unaware of them.
