maybe allow us to disable the user mini profile popup in our damn preferences so WE decide if we want it thrown up in our face?

Also in the mod queue if an account is suspended or deleted the "pop over" overlay is happening but nothing is shown making navigation not work

Hi! Any news on this fix? This has been the worst week in my short moderating life because of that popup, it's rage inducing.
