- Including mod note additions/removals in the mod log (and thus its API) would be very useful in being able to audit changes to them. If not that, then something similar in a sub-wide API feed for mod notes rather than needing to target specific users would work as well.
- Is there any chance of making the user mod log (recent mod actions taken targeting a user) available via API as well?

- This is something we plan on adding.
- The user mod log is available via GET /api/mod/notes (it will return both mod actions targeting the given user and notes written for the given user sorted by recency).
