• Specify the output program name:

mcs -out:{path/to/file.exe} {path/to/input_file1.cs path/to/input_file2.cs ...}

• Specify the output program type:

mcs -target:{exe|winexe|library|module} {path/to/input_file1.cs path/to/input_file2.cs ...}
