Big snooze, amazing display, or both? 🏁

Verstappen has had extraordinary dominance in F1 this year. There are too many stats to repeat, all extremely impressive. But it wasn't a fun season to watch, knowing that Verstappen would win, come what may. Sometimes the race for the remaining places was fun, but, Damon Hill once said, the only ones who remember you when you come second are your wife and your dog. How clever was Hill's dog?

Was the Red Bull car one of the best ever? Maybe, but if so why has Perez struggled so much with it? Verstappen has been the one who's got on top of the characteristics of the car and found how to make it work.

Next year, maybe Mercedes, McLaren or Ferrari can find enough performance to at least make Verstappen work for his wins. But my guess is that they won't be close enough to prevent him getting another championship.
