Had a nice little vacation a week ago. We rented a house a block from the ocean for 5 days. Unfortunately we couldn't stay longer as the Mrs. had to work. It was our first experience renting a house instead of staying at a motel. The house was very comfortable and being just a block off the beach was great. Additionally, we were between the 2 main roadways, so it was very quiet. We came to the houe well prepared - maybe overly so. We had a lot of food and drinks and even brought some small appliances that we didn't really have to. We're already planning for next year.
