week 45 - incremental progress

many little physical ailments adding up to a general meh and limited hand use, so a short one today:
- flu shot
- new daily journal set up
- daily spiritual reflection with tarot
- another stall with DROPM78, what with the hand
- trying to be more regular in meditation again
- finished "unlocking the tarot"
- started "queering the tarot"
- castle rat!
- vinyl time this week: deftones, SOAD, Muddy Waters
- nice day downtown just wandering around
- first official crow feeding of the cold season!
- trying mini mindfulness check-ins - 3 deep breaths and looking inwards for how i want to proceed, saw it from some self-help guy on youtube
