Setting up this gemlog

Most of today's effort went towards setting up this gemlog. For now I'm planning on using agate to serve, since this is just going to be a simple static blog. I wrote a pretty simple script to dynamically generate the index at deploy - maybe that'll be enough?

Not sure how I feel about gemtext.

TODO, maybe write helpers to:

• facilitate appending entries
• replace title line in entry
• add/link images

Other goals

I'm getting my development environment set up on a new Windows PC, most of my typical dev tools are easily set up in WSL, but my sabbatical project is a game demo that's been rattling around in my head for a while - I'm currently leaning towards Godot, and possibly native Windows VSCode.
