Hey there all-hands. I hope you're enjoying your stay on Lio-355-43-Y as much
as I am. You may have noticed that the 230-Anchorage has docked by us. It is
always a pleasure to be joined by our fleet siblings. We are invited to the
230-Anchorage in two sleep cycles (if you're on first shift, that is) for an
evening of crew bonding. As such, a third meal will not be served on the
Bicycle that evening.
The second meal of the day will be a salad bar featuring fresh vegetables from
the market aboard Lio-355-43-Y. Flatbread and a minimally small variety of
two (2) soups will be available for your perusal.
Which brings me to the first meal of the day. The first meal of the day was
going to be eggs. Tragically, such plans have been cancelled due to the
mysterious disappearance of all eggs in the inventory storage. I'm sure this
is a concern of no one's but my own. However, as the menu cycle begins
tomorrow, it's with a bitter, egg-free heart that I release you to your own
devices for the first meal. (However, if coffee is enough of a meal for you,
as it will be for me, I am delighted to announce that you're still covered.)

rtunately true. Several ships have had issues with raiders, and while no clear
strategy has been set into place, it is obvious something needs to be done. G-
overnment officials are still discussing several frameworks that have been su-
ggested.
The arrival of the next shipment is estimated to be around a week. Sorry folks,
no Chia with your breakfast oats this week!
But, moving onto more positive news, the Grand La Cinema is almost done being b-
uilt! You can find it right around the corner of Zera street. You really can't
miss it, considering the neon lighting, haha!
Oh another thing, they also announced that they will be airing the latest rel-
ease of Back From Alagaria 2! Yes folks, you heard me right. This is one of the
very few cinemas that has been lucky enough to get a pre-release broadcast pa-
ss! You definitely do not want to miss it!
In case you haven't heard of it, it's the very latest flick starring great acto-
rs such as Zaeh Loah, Aehdo Nae, and also several actors from across the galaxi-
es such as Ricky Chavez, Adam Björk and even old time retired actor Captain Ven-
ga is making a comeback!

Breakfast
You heard the rumors, you e-mailed me about the rumors, and here I am e-mailing
you back: The rumors are true. We have eggs. They arrived boiled and will be
available as part of the savory-oats topping bar.
Lunch
Hopefully you all read the posted signage - given that we're docked for the
week, we're on our own for lunch. There are lots of dining and grocery
options along the 3rd floor deck of Base Lio-355-43-Y. My personal suggestion
is this vegan spot at the end of the fourth row of food stalls.
Dinner
Dinner this week is a hearty stew with beetle protein over mixed
brown/white rice. Hydroponics harvested a great selection of root vegetables,
which will be pureed into a side option.
As a gentle reminder, I'll be off of work on the third day of our docking and

rd. Locals have been speculating that this might be par-

ons and conflict. The governor has declined to comment.
Moving onto our second story, word has been going aroun-
d the Tavern that the hero who saved the captains life
has departed from Zephyria due to mass fame, which is s-
aid to not be the doctor's cup of tea. It is not clear
where he migrated to, but we wish him all the well and
safe travels!

beetles. The good news is that about 70% of the shipment

Breakfast
As usual, breakfast is offered from Hour 6 to Hour 8. The
hot option is burbur with a variety of savory toppings. The
cold options include our ship's rotating stock of cereals and
fruits. The last time I wrote this e-mail, I mistakenly
assumed that coffee was implied. So to those who kindly
wrote back inquiring after it: Yes, there will be coffee.
Lunch
Lunch is offered from Hour 11 to Hour 14. There is a small variety of
leafy greens available with oil and vinegar for dressing if desired.
There are breads of limited variety, and legume pastes, and preserved meats.
