html2gmi proxy

I have refactored the old html2gmi-mirror cgi-script to a proxy, meaning that the client can directly access every http(s) page, if configured correctly.

This proxy is written in Raku/Perl6 (first time using this language), so it will have to be installed first.

Of course, html2gmi and html2gmi-templates will have to be installed before using it, more info can be found in the repositories README.

One last note: I should now be on antenna (unless this does not work, lets see).
