It's not much of a library — there's only one thing in it — but it's here for anyone who finds it useful.

textMunger

A Python script for rechewing text files into Gemini or HTML formats. Converts plain-text and Gemini both ways and plain-text or Gemini into HTML as best it can. This was created to solve a problem of converting a block of unwrapped plain-text into a beautiful paginated two-column magazine-style format. However, it can also just do basic text-wrapping and unwrapping if that's all you need it to do.

It is not intended to solve all your format conversion problems but it should give you a good start! The following page has more details and a download link for the script (zipped and includes example files).
