I have made gallons and gallons of dandelion tea to sew hundred of pounds of the flowers inside a cow’s mesentery. We then buried them for a time and dug them up later. I have eaten salads of the leaves and fried the flowers in batter. Made coffee from the roots in the fall. I always hate to see them sprayed with weed killer.

And yes, I have planted rows and rows of them and weeded them.

I like dandelion as well. Sadly all of mine died when I moved to a more tropical area. Seeds I bought online never came up. Very strange because it even grows in cracks of concrete in other places!
