I don't think cement makes sense unless you have some reason it's most convenient. If you do use cement, consider using a refractory cement mix, which is designed to withstand high temperatures without cracking.

Metal and/or firebricks would work well and probably be easier to work with.

Please erase my topic if it is out of place. I want to know if any of you have tried to made a stove of cement. I've seen some videos on the internet where they do it with a plastic bucket or paper as a shape and then broke it. It seems nice but I doubt a little about it's efficiency. I wanted one to do...
