While I do celebrate the christened holiday, I also recognize the importance of acknowledging everybody else's winter celebrations and year-end festivities, as well as making sure to respect those sets of beliefs by in some way more properly sending all-purpose seasons greetings, so I come to you all with this:

Yule-Time Well-Wishings โ€” I feel like the modern secular version of Christmas โ€” aka Santa and gifts โ€” is so far-removed from its original meaning that a different word should be used for it altogether. Fortunately for me, here in Finland we continue to call it "Joulu", as in the old pre-Christian feast called Yule. Have a fun Yule celebration, Geminauts! [preformatted]
