fear and shame

I fear what will happen

I am ashamed of what I do

I fantasize about the future

I get aroused from the past

My path has always been crooked

why would it change now

I will find liberation

in the gutters of reality

Listen, watch, life is teaching

I calmed down,

I didn't judge my actions,

I enjoyed the moment.

It got weird and beautiful

I learned and healed.

If I take reality

for what it is,

without judging

without adding

my own neurosis

to the mix,

then a clarity arise.

Don't fear the future

Don't judge the actions

Let go of the future

Learn from the past

It doesn't make sense

so I can't stop trying
