Tit's scouts?

When I woke up this morning, there was snow outside. Yay! I prefer when there is snow because it’s much brighter outside when everything is white.

But to the main topic: I’ve decided to put bird food today (I’ve heard there you shouldn’t feed birds when they can find other food) in the feeder and in mere minutes after this fact there was already considerable group of tits. How they do it? They have scouts or what?
