Hang in there

If you are having suicidal thoughts, please don't make any decisions now, and talk to someone. I've lost several friends who probably didn't realize how much they meant to me and my family, and likely many other people.

You keep going. The night is always darkest before the dawn.

Having been on a shit spiral since covid, the only thing you can do, is get through it and find a reason to get up in the morning. In all that shit, there is still so many moments, even days I wouldn't have wanted to be without.

If you don't have those moments, then you are doing something horribly wrong with your life and you need to sit back and reassess what is and isn't working for you, face some hard truths about yourself!

Take time to heal. It will take time. Don't isolate yourself. Seek help if you need it. Then rebuild.

As the others have said, healing takes time. But it happens, eventually.

One cannot stress enough how important it is not too make final decisions in response to temporary circumstances. I'd encourage you to talk to people (you can talk to us here if you're feeling like nobody cares "in real life". But have in mind that there's most likely people who care), and take some time. And know that, if everything is bad right now, then things can only get better.

You can get through it.

I write... when everything falls apart, that's the only thing I keep doing. find what works for you and hold on to it while the chaos pass.
