I am a package maintainer for the Alpine Linux project. I find it very easy to contribute, the toolchain is nice and the community is welcoming.
=> List of packages I maintain
Here is today's list of my contributions:
A very productive day.

Wow that's a long list. Are those packages that particularly interest you or were assigned to you or how do you choose? Are you also the author of some of that code?

@lufte none of them were assigned to me. I chose every package I maintain. I'm using (or was using at some point) most of them. The few I'm not using are interesting enough that I think they can interest a significant number of alpine users. I contributed to the code of some of the upstream projects, but as I'm not a developer I didn't create any of them.

I find it specially interesting that you got into this without being a developer. I don't imagine many people getting into open source without doing it through the development side. Great work!

@lufte In my opinion users (or sysadmins like me) are at least as involved as devs in FOSS.
