[#12] Fix tag sync and implement proper GMAP settings
What the title says.
- tools.Tag uses cfg.TagSync. What is GMAP: true for anyway, then?
- Figure out Sent and Drafts and maybe talk to skyjake about implementing this bit of GMAP in Lagrange
- Note TagSync in settings as well as config struct
- Clarify what everything does for the user in settings
