Rosy Crow 1.3.0 Released

This update brings Titan support as well as some quality of life improvements.

• Support has been added for the Titan protocol - The associated form allows users to upload either text or a file
• Bookmarks can now be rearranged by dragging them into the desired position
• The URL entry box will now expand horizontally when active in order to make it easier to use
• There is now a "What's New" page that is shown when first launching a new version (also accessible from Settings)
• Made IPv6 support opt-in via a new setting
• I also fixed a handful of bugs and made further cosmetic updates

I made some optimizations to how requests are performed in Opal that should decrease load times somewhat.

coming along really well (posting from the new version now). One request: modifying the page layouts / general format. when viewing places like bubble in other clients, it's a bit easier to visually determine where one post starts and ends since they're grouped. On here it seems like extra line breaks.

@gritty I see what you mean... I think the app's skipping empty lines and displaying consecutive lines too far-apart vertically. I'll experiment with the styling a bit.
