[#17] Word lookups via configurable URL

It would be useful to have a configuration setting for a secondary search query URL that can be activated when there is text selected on the page.

This could be used for dictionary lookups, for instance.

While not as quite convenient, in v1.17 you can set up a query snippet for word lookup.

One possible implementation is allowing passing selected text to a snippet as the query string.
