[#110] Be able to hide moderators/allowed posters

The title is self-explanatory but I'll explain it.

I propose we allow moderator and the possibly upcoming allowed posters to be hidden, or to hide all of them. Except I think we should make it so always one moderator has to be able to be public, but I'm not sure about that last part.
