Anyone seeking to involve themselves in the unschool, in the initial stages at least, ought to willing and able to contribute, in some form, to the creation and development of this important document, whether or not it may retain its present HR-adjacent name.

Active, applied empathy

Race, gender, and many other differences, are socially constructed and are apt to diminish - for long periods at least - where people in the habit of engaging constructively with one another on a endeavour they both care about.

Meaningful praxis

Whether it be creative practice, spiritual practice, or most meaningfully both, members of the unschool will have something to help them to disengage from the worst of contemporary society's defaults and habits.
