The intro has the gist of it:

• no combat
• no xp for fighting and loot
• no dice
• no setting (“the setting itself will be created by the chronicler and the players before and during play.”)
• one-page rules (“Each page deals with a different subject.”)

One thing I really like are the four pages at the back with the prep notes for the first and second adventures of Rune and the actual play session reports by the player for those adventures. That’s a great way to show how prep works!
